How We Handle Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp.

If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we’ll notify you and offer alternatives.

Order cancellations or changes are also managed through WhatsApp.
Payments

Payments are processed securely through Take App via WhatsApp.

Accepted methods include:
- Juice - by MCB
- Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
- Offline Payments (Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery) -
Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our website
Shipping & Delivery

Shipping details and tracking updates are provided via WhatsApp.

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

Express Delivery: 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout in the WhatsApp ordering process.

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact Customer Care on WhatsApp immediately.
Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled through Take App via WhatsApp within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be in original condition and packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received.

Some items (opened electronics or accessories) may not be eligible for returns.
